to book the house?
|

A booking deposit (one third of the total rental
rate) is required. I will formally
confirm your reservation when I receive the booking
deposit on my account or when I receive a FAX to +39
089 855050, with a copy of your money order. Without my
formal written booking confirmation no commitment is to be assumed on
my part.

What
about the balance?
|
|
|
You
will pay the balance upon your arrival at Erchie by cash or credit
card.

is check-in, check-out time?
|
|

I
will be available to hand in the apartment keys from
17:00
to
20:00
hour. You are expected to leave the apartment between
09:00
and
10:00
hour.

What
is your booking cancellation policy?
|
|
|
I
will reimburse 50% of the booking deposit if the booking cancellation
is done 90 days or more before the arrival date.

Where to park the car?
|
|
|
A
few apartments have their own private garage. In this case the garage
and its cost is included in your reservation. In all other cases a
private gated open parking place is available.

What is the cost of the open parking
place?
|
|
|
The
cost changes according to the season from 70 euro to 80
euro per week. This cost is
not included in the apartment rental price.

How to book the open parking place?
|
|
|
The
parking place should be booked, if needed, at the same time of your
apartment reservation.
|
|

Are there any rules for the open
parking place?
|
|
|
The
parking gate is guarded during the day. It is unguarded but the gate
is closed at night. You are expected to leave the car keys with the
parking place manager when the car is parked.

What is included in the price?
|
|
|
The
price includes private garage, where available, electricity, gas, bed
linens, bath towels and the final cleaning. Open parking place, air
conditioning and heating are not included in the price.

What is extra charge for Heating?
|
|
|
The
cost of gas consumption for heating is 45 euro per week
|
|

What
is the extra cost for Air Conditioning?
|
|
|
Where
available, the cost of electricity consumption for air conditioning
is computed according the formula:
[(Meter reading at Departure – Meter reading at
Arrival)*0,20]–(5*Number of weeks)
0,20 being the cost in euro of 1 kWh and 5 the
standard weekly consumption in euro which is already included in the
rental price.

What about the security deposit?
|

|
Upon
arrival at Erchie you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 155
euro, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you
prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages
to the property.
